At the southern most part of the Appalachians stands Lookout Mountain. It straddles the states of Tennessee and Georgia. A cable railway will take you to the top and down again. The incline is so steep that the rail car is built at a 45 degree angle. It is the steepest railway IN THE WORLD!
Here's the kicker. I said, "I think it might be scary" "Geez, Grandma, you jumped out of a plane-you can do anything!"
